Poor crimping causes bursting of packing cartons

1. Improper adjustment of the gap between the pre-pressing wheel and the crimping wheel

Many operators adjust the gap value improperly when adjusting these two pressures. For example, if the thickness of a cardboard is 6 mm, the gap between the pre-pressing wheels is adjusted to 5 mm, and then the gap between the crimping wheels is adjusted to 2 mm. The line is also 2 mm, so the carton will be rounded, which is very ugly.

2. The actual value of the device is ignored

Operators will adjust with data display or index data, while ignoring the actual value of the equipment.
